Debra Zartman, Director of Human Resources joined Icelandic USA, Inc. in 2007. Debra brings over 22 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She has worked in such industries as government contracting, foodservice and banking for both small to large corporations. Debra is a member of The Hampton Roads Network of Executive Women. She is also very active in fund raising for the American Cancer Society and CHKD.
Debra was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and has a BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
